6. Evaluation and Decision-making: We analyze vendor proposals, demonstration feedback, and PoC results. Facilitate stakeholder meetings to discuss findings and provide recommendations on which software to choose.
7. Contracting Support: We support the client in negotiating the terms and conditions of the contract with the selected vendor, ensuring clarity on pricing, licensing, implementation timelines, and support services.

Deliverables:

• ESG Software Vendor Landscape Report: A comprehensive report summarizing findings from market research, vendor evaluations, and shortlisting process.
• Vendor Demo Feedback Report: Detailed feedback reports summarizing strengths, weaknesses, and key takeaways from vendor demonstrations.
• Proof of Concept Analysis: Analysis and recommendations based on the results of proof of concepts.
• Final Vendor Selection Recommendation: A detailed recommendation report outlining the selected vendor and rationale for the decision.
